Our stay was an excellent experience. the high-class hotel is located in the center, which was stunning and amazing. - the venue is just next door to Ürgüp and surrounded by beautiful landscape and valleys. - In the evening, we went to Prokopi, which is at a moderate distance from the hotel.

The room we had was absolutely perfect, complete with a huge bathtub and a large private terrace. the breakfast was marvelous. - the check-in process was smooth. - the accommodation had a central location in a beautiful setting.

Additionally, the breakfast options were excellent with a wide variety of delicious items to choose from.

The hotel offered a shuttle service to move around easily from one place to another. The location was perfect, very close to restaurants and reception. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, featuring amenities like authentic fireplaces and Turkish baths. The breakfast was outstanding with multiple options ranging from fresh fruit, greens, to cheese spinach pastries. The staff, especially Denise at the spa, were lovely and welcoming.

the exclusive amenities fulfilled all our expectations. We enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre and sauna. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing swim, and the sun terrace had comfortable sun loungers and stunning views. the restaurant served amazing breakfast and delicious meals. We also loved the packed lunches offered, which were perfect for our daily trips. the private facilities were exclusive and added to our overall luxurious experience.

the AC was not working properly and we had to request assistance to adjust it.

the staff were friendly and welcoming, and they offered complimentary chocolates and a shuttle service to the city center. the location was great with stunning views and beautiful surroundings. the room had a Turkish bath, which was amazing, and I loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, perfect for a winter getaway.

The shuttle service was not as advertised as it did not cover the return trip from the city center to the hotel. the price for the airport shuttle service was too expensive compared to other alternatives in the area.
